Project RevIT
At the NSC on 12 March 2011 the NSC did an exercise to “Hold -up-the-Mirror” and take stock of SASA in a number of aspects. The exercise highlighted a number of areas of Management and Organizational weakness and processes that hindered growth and reduced the attractiveness of Scouting to both adult volunteers and prospective youth members.
NSC agreed to launch a project “Project Rev It” led by ydangle, a business strategy consultancy, that would identify and tackle these weaknesses.
